I'm a little disappointed to be honest.... already at least 10 lashes have fallen out. I understand the weather is v. Hot but they shouldn't fall out that fast

Hello Aoife. Thank you for letting us know about your complaint.Eyelash extensions are place individually on each lash and unfortunately natural lashes shed on a daily bases (between 3 up to 5 lashes per day )and from that moment you get a lashes done there will be extensions shedding. If you would contact me asap after treatment and let me know about it we always offer complimentary refill up to 5 days . Every of our clients is getting warranty for lashes up to 5 days . If we can help next time with anything just please contact us privately and I'm sure we can fix any problem 😊 Kind regards Angie

Hello Aoife. i feel sorry beacuse we offer you free set of lashes to fix the problem,you have made an appointment with us and you didnt show up. its sad because my stylist came to work especially for you.. waste of time

Got the classic 1:1 lash extensions, she did such a great job and i was so so happy with how they turned out. My first time here, definitely returning!!
